The Sunshine Mountain Lodge offers every option, from a quick morning coffee in the Java Lift (featuring Starbucks coffee), to a casual meal in the Chimney Corner lounge and fine dining in the world-famous Eagle’s Nest dining room. The Chimney Corner features two wood-burning fireplaces, a view of activities in the village, different lunch and dinner menus, full bar and wine service. A sport bar is adjacent, and features big screen TVs broadcasting sporting events in HD.  The Eagle’s Nest dining room is open evenings only, and offers an upscale menu with an extensive wine selection. Java Lift: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Fridays and Saturdays 8 p.m.)
Chimney Corner: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Eagle’s Nest – 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

A Taste of Sunshine
This event features a multi-course menu prepared by internationally famed Chef de Cuisine Martin Brenner, and his team. Each course is paired with a different wine. The evening begins with a short reception and a glass of wine. Then, the entire group sits at one large table in the private room of the Eagle’s Nest Dining room.  Our in-house expert will lead the group through each course and wine selection, offering insight into the region featured and the participating wineries.  Back by popular demand, the Taste of Sunshine series runs monthly from December through May.
