A Taste of Sunshine
This event features a multi-course menu prepared by internationally famed Chef de Cuisine Martin Brenner, and his team. Each course is paired with a different wine. The evening begins with a short reception and a glass of wine. Then, the entire group sits at one large table in the private room of the Eagle’s Nest Dining room.  Our in-house expert will lead the group through each course and wine selection, offering insight into the region featured and the participating wineries.  Back by popular demand, the Taste of Sunshine series runs monthly from December through May.
