With more than 25 years experience in the hospitality industry, Bill is passionate about service excellence, as well as skiing and great food and wine. After starting his career as a Chef de Cuisine in his native Ontario, he moved west to work at the world-famous Banff Springs Hotel and, later, the Relais & Chateau Post Hotel in Lake Louise.
